Two days dedicated
to technology that is useful to business for banks: debates and insights focused on solutions able to innovate processes and
services while providing the banking system with efficiency and competitiveness.
This year the demonstration area
is dedicated to Multichannel and Crosschannel Banking solutions: the goal is to show the different channels that a bank can
use to interact with its own customers and the processes that are based on more channels.

Customers can seamless access to Banking & Trading services, as well as their bank blog, forum, news feeds and wiki with their
preferred mobile devices.
